正取生請於115年4月7日(二)下午3時整以前至本校光復校區工程四館107報到。報到文件應於期限內親繳或通訊送達。
備取生請於確定遞補錄取後，於**報到資料繳交期限前（當日下午3:00截止）**繳交報到資料（畢業證書正本或切結書），逾期未交者，以放棄錄取資格論，將依序遞補。
正、備取生應於本所規定時間內送達畢業證書（或切結書）、成績單正本及指導教授協議書等，得親繳或通訊送達，未於規定時間內繳交，視為未報到，以放棄資格論。如通訊報到採郵寄必繳文件，未能如期送達完成報到者，請自行負責。
備取遞補作業至115學年度第1學期開學日止（115年9月1日）。
